Aerial Fitness
Our beginner, intermediate and advanced aerial fitness classes are perfect for those who are new to aerial workouts or want to build on their skills. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of aerial fitness, including moves such as star rolls on aerial silks and amazon on aerial hoops. These classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
Pilates
Take your pilates to the next level with our beginner, intermediate and advanced classes. These classes are designed for those who have no experience, some experience and have been training for years. Our instructors will guide you through beginning to more advanced pilates moves and help you build the strength and flexibility needed to master them.
Reformer Fitness
Our Reformer fitness classes are designed for those who are looking for a truly challenging workout. These classes will push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals. Beginner Pilates
Our beginner Pilates classes are perfect for those who are new to Pilates or are looking to improve their form. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of Pilates, including moves such as the Hundred, the Roll Up, and the Single Leg Circle. These classes are designed to help you build core strength, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility.
